We recently required repair service and chose Kimberly BMW for some issues with our 5 series. We were assisted by Ben.
Throughout the entire process, Ben was courteous, helpful and more than patient as this visit required prior scheduling, part ordering and multiple phone calls before it was finished. We arrived a day early for our appointment and planned to be without the vehicle 2 days. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and Ben made sure we were notified promptly. He also made special arrangements so we could pick it up the same day.
